What to include

The more of these you send, the faster we’ll fix it:

  • Your tenant slug (the bit before .wer.org in your dashboard URL).
  • The dashboard email on the account.
  • What you were doing, what you expected, what happened.
  • A screenshot of the screen, including the URL bar.
  • For weird errors: a copy of the runtime log line if you have access (DigitalOcean shows them).
