What to include

- Your tenant slug (the bit before
.wer.orgin your dashboard URL). - The dashboard email on the account.
- What you were doing, what you expected, what happened.
- A screenshot of the screen, including the URL bar.
- For weird errors: a copy of the runtime log line if you have access (DigitalOcean shows them).
