FAQ

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, no charge until day 15. We require a card on file so the trial converts smoothly, but you can cancel in one click from your dashboard at any time during the trial.

Do you take a percentage of my transactions?

No. The monthly subscription is the only cost. We do not take a cut of devices, payouts, or revenue. Stripe processing fees on payouts are paid by you directly to Stripe.

How do I cancel?

One click from your dashboard. No phone calls, no retention emails, no negotiating. We do not issue refunds, but the cancellation is immediate and your storefront stays online through the end of the billing period.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated against your next invoice.

What about custom contracts?

Enterprise customers (5,000+ devices/month, custom integrations, SLA needed) should book a call. We will scope the work, sign a custom MSA, and onboard you with a dedicated account manager.
