How are the prices kept up to date?

Every Monday, our team publishes a new price sheet covering 500+ devices across all major brands. Pricing is sourced from wholesale market data and 10 years of operator feedback — not eBay sold listings or scraped data. You set your margin (e.g. 70% of wholesale); the platform calculates and publishes your tenant prices automatically. You never edit a spreadsheet.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes — on Growth and Pro plans. Point your domain via CNAME and SSL provisions automatically within 5 minutes. Subdomain (yourbrand.wer.org) is included on all plans.

What about chargebacks and stolen devices?

Every IMEI is checked against CheckMEND's stolen-device database before a quote is paid. If a device flags as stolen, the quote is automatically held and you're notified to make a manual decision. We've prevented $14K of fraudulent payouts across pilot customers in Q1.

How do I get my data out?

CSV export from any list view. Full account export on request — your data is always yours, even after cancellation. We comply with GDPR right-to-be-forgotten requests within 7 days.

Do you take a cut of my transactions?

Accepted Answer

No. Your subscription is the only cost. We don't take a percentage of devices, payouts, or revenue. Stripe processing fees are paid by you directly to Stripe.

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your storefront goes offline at the end of your billing period. Your data remains accessible for 90 days for export. Active quotes are honored through the 48-hour quote window. No surprise deletions.
