Platform · Platform

A buyback platform that does the operating, so you do the trading.

Pricing engine, storefront, payouts, multi-tenant, custom domains, six display currencies. The whole stack.

A buyback platform is not just a storefront. The storefront is the part the seller sees — but the operator-facing platform behind it is where the actual margin work happens. Price curation, lead routing, IMEI fraud screening, payout rails, customs paperwork, multi-currency reconciliation, the audit trail that beats chargebacks.

WerOrg is the operator-facing platform: a multi-tenant SaaS where you log in, configure once, and operate. The storefront renders from the same data, in your brand, on your domain. The price sheet refreshes itself every Monday from Abe's curated source — 10 years of reseller experience compressed into 500+ device baselines.

What manual buyback workflows actually cost.

Three numbers operators usually don't measure because they're hidden in your week, not your books.

6 hrs/wk

Manual price updates

That's what most operators spend keeping their spreadsheets aligned to eBay and SellCell prices. Compounds to ~300 hrs/year — and stale prices still cost margin on every transaction in between.

$2,400+

Custom-build entry cost

What you'd pay a freelance dev for a basic buyback form on Webflow or Shopify — before IMEI checks, payout rails, or multi-currency. And you still own the maintenance.

12-18 mo

Time to recoup that build

Even at 50 trade-ins/month, the custom-build sunk cost takes a year to clear. WerOrg breaks even in week three of trading.

What WerOrg ships, day one.

Six capabilities that take a custom build six months and $40K+ to assemble. They're configured by default in every WerOrg trial.

Weekly device price sync

Operator-curated prices for 500+ devices, pushed to your storefront every Monday. No more manual spreadsheet maintenance, no more stale quotes that cost you margin three days later.

IMEI lookup + fraud screening

Every quote runs through a real-time IMEI check against the GSMA blocklist. Stolen and blacklisted devices are flagged before you wire payment — and the audit trail is one click away if a chargeback appears.

Multi-currency, multi-region

USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, and ZAR display currencies with daily exchange-rate sync. One Postgres database; the customer sees their local format, you see USD-canonical reporting.

Custom domain + branded checkout

Drop in your own domain (CNAME) and your logo, colors, contact details — the funnel renders as your brand from the first pixel to the payout email. No "powered by" badge anywhere.

Payout rails on autopilot

ACH, Zelle, PayPal, check, or store credit — set per-customer or per-device-class. Hand-key zero payouts; the queue flushes nightly with a full audit log.

Three production-ready themes

Clarity (premium minimal), Convert (high-conversion), Fleet (B2B / ITAD). Switch themes in seconds without losing leads, branding, or prices — they all draw from the same Postgres tenant config.

From signup to first trade-in, in four steps.

No engineer needed. No setup fee. The trial is free for 14 days.

  1. STEP 1

    Pick a theme

Choose Clarity, Convert, or Fleet from the dashboard. Each renders the same data; the difference is hierarchy, color, and trust-signal density.

  2. STEP 2

    Wire your domain

Set a CNAME on your domain to point at the WerOrg edge. Free TLS via Approximated. Apex working in 5-10 minutes.

  3. STEP 3

    Set payout ratios

Pick the % of resale price you pay per device class. Override individual SKUs if you're sitting on inventory of a specific model.

  4. STEP 4

    Start taking trade-ins

Live by Friday. Quotes render in seller currency, shipping labels print on the operator side, payouts run nightly.

WerOrg vs. the alternatives

Three honest comparisons. We're not the cheapest custom build, and we're not the only platform. We are the only platform that ships you the prices, the themes, and the multi-tenant infrastructure in one.

Built by someone who’s done this

I sold device buyback websites for 10 years one at a time. Customers kept asking me to update their prices weekly — that's why I built this as a SaaS.

The point isn't the website. The point is the prices. WerOrg ships you both, and the prices update themselves.

A buyback business is a margin business. Every hour you spend on infrastructure is an hour you're not spending on supplier relationships or marketing — which is where margin actually compounds.

Frequently asked questions

What does "platform" mean in the WerOrg context?

It means the full SaaS — operator dashboard, multi-tenant storefronts, weekly price feed, payout rails, IMEI lookups, audit logging. You sign up once, configure one tenant (or three if you operate multiple brands), and run the business from one dashboard.

How is this different from Reusely or NSYS?

Reusely and NSYS are full-service platforms, $200-$800/mo, often with onboarding fees. WerOrg starts at $37/mo, ships the same operator capabilities (pricing, IMEI, payouts), and is built by a former reseller — not a generic SaaS team. We're cheaper because we're newer and we ship the price sheet as part of the product instead of as a per-call API.

Can the platform handle high transaction volume?

The Pro plan ($97/mo) supports unlimited trade-ins per month. Realistic operator throughput is 500-2,500 trade-ins/month per storefront; the platform scales horizontally on DigitalOcean App Platform with Cloudflare in front.

Is there a managed-service or done-for-you tier?

Not yet, but it's on the roadmap as the "Enterprise" tier (custom pricing). For now, WerOrg is self-serve; founders set it up in an afternoon. If you want hand-holding during setup, Abe runs a free onboarding call.

What happens if WerOrg goes down?

Uptime SLA is 99.9% on the Pro plan. The platform runs on DigitalOcean App Platform with multi-region database backups every 6 hours. If we have an outage, the audit trail is preserved, no leads are lost, and we credit downtime against your next invoice.

Where is the platform hosted?

DigitalOcean App Platform (US-East primary) for the application tier, Supabase for the Postgres database, Cloudflare for edge + DDoS, Approximated for custom-domain TLS. Standard, boring infrastructure — no proprietary lock-in.
