A buyback website template, not a Figma mockup.

Three production-ready themes (Clarity, Convert, Fleet) — pick one, swap your logo and colors, ship today.

A template you can download is a Figma file. A template you can run is a deployed site with prices, payouts, and IMEI checks already wired. WerOrg ships the second kind. The three themes — Clarity, Convert, Fleet — are not skins on top of generic CMS pages. They're full storefronts, each tuned to a different buyer.

Clarity is for premium, low-volume operators: a calmer layout, more white space, a "your check arrives Friday" pitch. Convert is the high-volume default: bigger CTAs, ticker bars, payout-speed signals. Fleet is for ITAD/B2B operators selling pallet pricing to enterprise — multi-quote forms, NDA flows, fleet-asset workflows. All three render the same Postgres tenant data; the difference is hierarchy and trust signals.

What manual buyback workflows actually cost.

Three numbers operators usually don't measure because they're hidden in your week, not your books.

6 hrs/wk

Manual price updates

That's what most operators spend keeping their spreadsheets aligned to eBay and SellCell prices. Compounds to ~300 hrs/year — and stale prices still cost margin on every transaction in between.

$2,400+

Custom-build entry cost

What you'd pay a freelance dev for a basic buyback form on Webflow or Shopify — before IMEI checks, payout rails, or multi-currency. And you still own the maintenance.

12-18 mo

Time to recoup that build

Even at 50 trade-ins/month, the custom-build sunk cost takes a year to clear. WerOrg breaks even in week three of trading.

What WerOrg ships, day one.

Six capabilities that take a custom build six months and $40K+ to assemble. They're configured by default in every WerOrg trial.

Weekly device price sync

Operator-curated prices for 500+ devices, pushed to your storefront every Monday. No more manual spreadsheet maintenance, no more stale quotes that cost you margin three days later.

IMEI lookup + fraud screening

Every quote runs through a real-time IMEI check against the GSMA blocklist. Stolen and blacklisted devices are flagged before you wire payment — and the audit trail is one click away if a chargeback appears.

Multi-currency, multi-region

USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, and ZAR display currencies with daily exchange-rate sync. One Postgres database; the customer sees their local format, you see USD-canonical reporting.

Custom domain + branded checkout

Drop in your own domain (CNAME) and your logo, colors, contact details — the funnel renders as your brand from the first pixel to the payout email. No "powered by" badge anywhere.

Payout rails on autopilot

ACH, Zelle, PayPal, check, or store credit — set per-customer or per-device-class. Hand-key zero payouts; the queue flushes nightly with a full audit log.

Three production-ready themes

Clarity (premium minimal), Convert (high-conversion), Fleet (B2B / ITAD). Switch themes in seconds without losing leads, branding, or prices — they all draw from the same Postgres tenant config.

From signup to first trade-in, in four steps.

No engineer needed. No setup fee. The trial is free for 14 days.

  1. STEP 1

    Pick a theme

Choose Clarity, Convert, or Fleet from the dashboard. Each renders the same data; the difference is hierarchy, color, and trust-signal density.

  2. STEP 2

    Wire your domain

Set a CNAME on your domain to point at the WerOrg edge. Free TLS via Approximated. Apex working in 5-10 minutes.

  3. STEP 3

    Set payout ratios

Pick the % of resale price you pay per device class. Override individual SKUs if you're sitting on inventory of a specific model.

  4. STEP 4

    Start taking trade-ins

Live by Friday. Quotes render in seller currency, shipping labels print on the operator side, payouts run nightly.

WerOrg vs. the alternatives

Three honest comparisons. We're not the cheapest custom build, and we're not the only platform. We are the only platform that ships you the prices, the themes, and the multi-tenant infrastructure in one.

Built by someone who’s done this

I sold device buyback websites for 10 years one at a time. Customers kept asking me to update their prices weekly — that's why I built this as a SaaS.

The point isn't the website. The point is the prices. WerOrg ships you both, and the prices update themselves.

A buyback business is a margin business. Every hour you spend on infrastructure is an hour you're not spending on supplier relationships or marketing — which is where margin actually compounds.

Frequently asked questions

Can I download the template and self-host?

No — the themes are tied to the SaaS infrastructure (pricing sync, IMEI lookup, payout queue). You can use any of the three themes on your wer.org tenant subdomain or custom domain. Self-hosting added more support pain than it solved.

How do I switch themes after I've launched?

One click in the Branding settings. Your tenant data — leads, devices, prices, payouts — stays in place; only the storefront renderer changes. Most operators stick with one theme; some A/B switch between Clarity and Convert during seasonal spikes.

Are the templates mobile-responsive?

Mobile-first. ~70% of trade-in quotes come from phones, so we test mobile before desktop. All three themes use container queries for content reflow at any breakpoint between 320px and ultra-wide.

Can I customize beyond logo and colors?

Yes — primary brand color, hero image, contact details, theme-specific copy strings (CTA labels, currency display). On the Pro plan you can also inject a tenant-level CSS file and per-page tracking scripts.

What template does the Convert theme actually look like?

High-conversion: dense above-fold trust signals, large CTAs, payout-speed ticker, "Last paid out 2 minutes ago" social proof bar, FOMO-style "limited time" framings for hot SKUs. Inspired by the Reusely visual language but with WerOrg's integrated quote flow.

Can I see the templates without signing up?

Yes — clarity.wer.org, convert.wer.org, and fleet.wer.org each render a demo tenant with sample devices, sample prices, and a working (sandbox-only) quote flow. No login required.
