Platform · White-Label

A white-label buyback platform: your brand on top, our stack underneath.

Your domain, your logo, your prices. No "powered by" badge. The whole storefront looks like you built it.

"White-label" gets thrown around loosely. In the buyback platform world, it usually means "we let you upload a logo." That's table stakes, not white-label. Real white-label means the platform doesn't put its own brand anywhere — not in the URL, not in the favicon, not in the transactional emails the seller receives, not in the help docs the seller reads.

WerOrg is white-label in the strict sense. Your domain is the apex (no "buyback.wer.org/yourshop" — just yourshop.com or your-buyback.com). Transactional emails come from your address. The help center inherits your branding. The only place WerOrg appears is in your operator-facing dashboard, where the seller never sees it.

What manual buyback workflows actually cost.

Three numbers operators usually don't measure because they're hidden in your week, not your books.

6 hrs/wk

Manual price updates

That's what most operators spend keeping their spreadsheets aligned to eBay and SellCell prices. Compounds to ~300 hrs/year — and stale prices still cost margin on every transaction in between.

$2,400+

Custom-build entry cost

What you'd pay a freelance dev for a basic buyback form on Webflow or Shopify — before IMEI checks, payout rails, or multi-currency. And you still own the maintenance.

12-18 mo

Time to recoup that build

Even at 50 trade-ins/month, the custom-build sunk cost takes a year to clear. WerOrg breaks even in week three of trading.

What WerOrg ships, day one.

Six capabilities that take a custom build six months and $40K+ to assemble. They're configured by default in every WerOrg trial.

Weekly device price sync

Operator-curated prices for 500+ devices, pushed to your storefront every Monday. No more manual spreadsheet maintenance, no more stale quotes that cost you margin three days later.

IMEI lookup + fraud screening

Every quote runs through a real-time IMEI check against the GSMA blocklist. Stolen and blacklisted devices are flagged before you wire payment — and the audit trail is one click away if a chargeback appears.

Multi-currency, multi-region

USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, and ZAR display currencies with daily exchange-rate sync. One Postgres database; the customer sees their local format, you see USD-canonical reporting.

Custom domain + branded checkout

Drop in your own domain (CNAME) and your logo, colors, contact details — the funnel renders as your brand from the first pixel to the payout email. No "powered by" badge anywhere.

Payout rails on autopilot

ACH, Zelle, PayPal, check, or store credit — set per-customer or per-device-class. Hand-key zero payouts; the queue flushes nightly with a full audit log.

Three production-ready themes

Clarity (premium minimal), Convert (high-conversion), Fleet (B2B / ITAD). Switch themes in seconds without losing leads, branding, or prices — they all draw from the same Postgres tenant config.

From signup to first trade-in, in four steps.

No engineer needed. No setup fee. The trial is free for 14 days.

  1. STEP 1

    Pick a theme

Choose Clarity, Convert, or Fleet from the dashboard. Each renders the same data; the difference is hierarchy, color, and trust-signal density.

  2. STEP 2

    Wire your domain

Set a CNAME on your domain to point at the WerOrg edge. Free TLS via Approximated. Apex working in 5-10 minutes.

  3. STEP 3

    Set payout ratios

Pick the % of resale price you pay per device class. Override individual SKUs if you're sitting on inventory of a specific model.

  4. STEP 4

    Start taking trade-ins

Live by Friday. Quotes render in seller currency, shipping labels print on the operator side, payouts run nightly.

WerOrg vs. the alternatives

Three honest comparisons. We're not the cheapest custom build, and we're not the only platform. We are the only platform that ships you the prices, the themes, and the multi-tenant infrastructure in one.

Built by someone who’s done this

I sold device buyback websites for 10 years one at a time. Customers kept asking me to update their prices weekly — that's why I built this as a SaaS.

The point isn't the website. The point is the prices. WerOrg ships you both, and the prices update themselves.

A buyback business is a margin business. Every hour you spend on infrastructure is an hour you're not spending on supplier relationships or marketing — which is where margin actually compounds.

Frequently asked questions

What does "white-label" mean in WerOrg specifically?

Three layers: (1) the storefront renders entirely under your domain/brand with no WerOrg attribution, (2) seller-facing emails are sent from your address and templated to your tone, (3) the help center, privacy policy, and terms are inherited from your tenant's configuration. The only place WerOrg appears is the operator dashboard.

Can I resell WerOrg under my own brand?

Yes — the Pro plan supports a "tenant-of-tenants" model where you operate multiple sub-tenants under one master account. Useful if you provide buyback services as a white-labeled offering to other businesses (carriers, retailers). Contact [email protected] for the agreement.

Are emails sent from my domain?

Yes — once you verify a sending domain via DKIM (one DNS record), all transactional emails (quote-accepted, payment-sent, shipping-update) go out from your domain. Sellers see your email, not ours.

Can the operator dashboard itself be white-labeled?

On the Pro plan: partially. You can replace the logo and primary color of the dashboard, set custom support email, and override help-link destinations. The "WerOrg" word still appears in legal text (DPAs, terms) since that's the contractual entity.

Is white-label different from custom domains?

Custom domains are the first layer of white-label. Full white-label adds branded emails, branded help center, branded support, and (on Pro) a dashboard re-skin. Custom domains are available from the Growth tier ($67/mo); full white-label is Pro ($97/mo).

Can I hide the fact that I'm using WerOrg?

Yes — that's the point of white-label. The only signal in the page source is generic Next.js + Cloudflare headers, which are also used by tens of thousands of other sites. There's no "powered by WerOrg" in the markup.
