A turnkey buyback website, fully configured before you log in.

Device catalog, weekly pricing, IMEI checks, multi-currency, payout rails — all wired by default.

A "turnkey" buyback site means everything works on day one — no configuration phase, no setup tax. The hard part is what counts as "everything." A site with a quote form is not turnkey. A site with a quote form, a working price sheet, fraud screening, multi-currency rendering, and payout rails — that's turnkey.

WerOrg is turnkey in the strict sense. The 500+ device catalog is populated on first login. Prices are pulled from Abe's curated master sheet within 60 seconds of signup. The IMEI screening is wired to GSMA from day one. The payout rails are stubbed out (you fill in your account IDs, that's the only required step). You go from signup to live trade-in in 10-15 minutes, end-to-end.

What manual buyback workflows actually cost.

Three numbers operators usually don't measure because they're hidden in your week, not your books.

6 hrs/wk

Manual price updates

That's what most operators spend keeping their spreadsheets aligned to eBay and SellCell prices. Compounds to ~300 hrs/year — and stale prices still cost margin on every transaction in between.

$2,400+

Custom-build entry cost

What you'd pay a freelance dev for a basic buyback form on Webflow or Shopify — before IMEI checks, payout rails, or multi-currency. And you still own the maintenance.

12-18 mo

Time to recoup that build

Even at 50 trade-ins/month, the custom-build sunk cost takes a year to clear. WerOrg breaks even in week three of trading.

What WerOrg ships, day one.

Six capabilities that take a custom build six months and $40K+ to assemble. They're configured by default in every WerOrg trial.

Weekly device price sync

Operator-curated prices for 500+ devices, pushed to your storefront every Monday. No more manual spreadsheet maintenance, no more stale quotes that cost you margin three days later.

IMEI lookup + fraud screening

Every quote runs through a real-time IMEI check against the GSMA blocklist. Stolen and blacklisted devices are flagged before you wire payment — and the audit trail is one click away if a chargeback appears.

Multi-currency, multi-region

USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, and ZAR display currencies with daily exchange-rate sync. One Postgres database; the customer sees their local format, you see USD-canonical reporting.

Custom domain + branded checkout

Drop in your own domain (CNAME) and your logo, colors, contact details — the funnel renders as your brand from the first pixel to the payout email. No "powered by" badge anywhere.

Payout rails on autopilot

ACH, Zelle, PayPal, check, or store credit — set per-customer or per-device-class. Hand-key zero payouts; the queue flushes nightly with a full audit log.

Three production-ready themes

Clarity (premium minimal), Convert (high-conversion), Fleet (B2B / ITAD). Switch themes in seconds without losing leads, branding, or prices — they all draw from the same Postgres tenant config.

From signup to first trade-in, in four steps.

No engineer needed. No setup fee. The trial is free for 14 days.

  1. STEP 1

    Pick a theme

Choose Clarity, Convert, or Fleet from the dashboard. Each renders the same data; the difference is hierarchy, color, and trust-signal density.

  2. STEP 2

    Wire your domain

Set a CNAME on your domain to point at the WerOrg edge. Free TLS via Approximated. Apex working in 5-10 minutes.

  3. STEP 3

    Set payout ratios

Pick the % of resale price you pay per device class. Override individual SKUs if you're sitting on inventory of a specific model.

  4. STEP 4

    Start taking trade-ins

Live by Friday. Quotes render in seller currency, shipping labels print on the operator side, payouts run nightly.

WerOrg vs. the alternatives

Three honest comparisons. We're not the cheapest custom build, and we're not the only platform. We are the only platform that ships you the prices, the themes, and the multi-tenant infrastructure in one.

Built by someone who’s done this

I sold device buyback websites for 10 years one at a time. Customers kept asking me to update their prices weekly — that's why I built this as a SaaS.

The point isn't the website. The point is the prices. WerOrg ships you both, and the prices update themselves.

A buyback business is a margin business. Every hour you spend on infrastructure is an hour you're not spending on supplier relationships or marketing — which is where margin actually compounds.

Frequently asked questions

What does "turnkey" actually include?

Pre-populated 500+ device catalog, pre-loaded weekly pricing baseline, pre-wired IMEI fraud screen (GSMA), pre-built multi-currency renderer (6 currencies), three production themes ready to render, transactional email templates, and a stubbed-out payout-rail configuration. You provide: logo, primary color, domain, and your own payment account IDs.

What's NOT turnkey — what do I still have to do?

You configure: your brand (logo, color, contact details), your domain CNAME, your payout rails (your Stripe / PayPal / Zelle credentials), your payout ratio (or accept the WerOrg default of 60%). You operate: inspecting received devices, customer support, marketing your storefront, and growing supplier relationships.

How is "turnkey" different from a SaaS that requires onboarding?

A typical SaaS onboarding is "log in, configure 50 settings, then start working." Turnkey is "log in, work, configure 3-5 settings as needed." WerOrg is closer to the second model. The default configuration produces a working storefront; you adjust as you learn.

Are the device prices accurate on day one?

Yes — the master sheet is maintained for production tenants 24/7, refreshed weekly. New tenants inherit the current week's prices on signup. Accuracy is the product's primary value prop, not a setup task.

What if I want to customize beyond the default?

Customization is available but optional. Theme swaps are one click. Per-SKU price overrides are available on Pro. CSS overrides for theme details are available on Pro. ~95% of operators run unmodified defaults and report no friction.

Is there a turnkey done-for-you setup option?

Self-serve is the default and what most operators use. For an extra $0 (currently), Abe runs a free 30-minute onboarding call with you — walks through the dashboard, helps configure payout rails, answers questions. Book via /contact.
